Savannah Licciardello
Savannah Licciardello graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution. During her time there, she discovered her passion for veterinary medicine, volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation center as well as a dog rescue. She also participated in the Field and Marine Biology Quarter, where she had the opportunity to develop a research project from scratch, igniting a love for research. Her interests include wildlife medicine, One Health, disease ecology, and human-wildlife conflict. She especially loves misunderstood “pest” species, specifically coyotes and opossums. Outside of academics, she enjoys reading about paleontology and anthropology, short nature hikes, taking care of her plants, and spending time with her two dogs.
