Sarah Pohle

Sarah Pohle (she/her) graduated with a B.S. in biomedical science from the University of Washington, Seattle. For 2 years after that, she worked as a veterinary assistant across small animal general practice, exotic emergency, small animal emergency, and internal medicine. Sarah also enjoyed her time volunteering with the Seattle Audubon Society in public outreach and awareness for urban songbird death. She is an avid birder and owner of three parrots! Her interests include avian health and disease prevention, as well as wildlife conservation and surveillance. Sarah is a big fan of the One Health approach and is excited to promote the health of all species!
