Tatiana Henry
Tatiana Henry is from Tampa, Florida. She studied biology as an undergraduate at Duke University, where she had the opportunity to study conservation and ecology abroad in South Africa, sparking an interest in wildlife research and conservation fieldwork. She then completed her DVM degree and International Veterinary Medicine Post-Graduate Certificate at the Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, where her research focused on free-ranging nonhuman primates in Peru. Since graduation, she has completed a small animal rotating internship at BluePearl Pet Hospital in Tampa, FL and an avian and exotics specialty internship at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Huntersville, NC. Tatiana is interested in conservation medicine and One Health, especially as related to zoonotic and infectious disease.
